All clothes and accessories offered by kokolu are of the highest quality. If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can file a complaint with us. If your complaint is accepted we will replace faulty items or re-fund your purchase.

- The decision regarding your complaint will be sent to you via email .
- A replacement item or a refund will be sent to you within the 14 days following the decision.
