Complaints

All clothes and accessories offered by kokolu are of the highest quality. If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can file a complaint with us. If your complaint is accepted we will replace faulty items or re-fund your purchase.

In order to file a complaint please follow these steps:

  • Post back faulty item together with the proof of purchase to our postal address.*

  • We will provide you with the decision regarding your complaint within 14 days from filing.
  • The decision regarding your complaint will be sent to you via email .
  • A replacement item or a refund will be sent to you within the 14 days following the decision.

* If the complaint is valid we will refund shipping cost.
