You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement (return the goods) within 14 days from the date of receiving ordered goods without stating the reason. This concerns either the Buyer or any other recipient stated at the time of placing the order.
To avail of your right to make a return, you need to clearly and in writing inform kokolu about your decision to withdraw from the agreement no later than 14 days from the receipt of goods.The returns statement must be sent via email to studio@kokolu.pl or by post to our postal address.
As a result of the withdrawal from this agreement we will refund all payments made by the Buyer, including the delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs if the Buyer selected a method of delivery other than the cheapest normal method of delivery offered by kokolu), immediately and no later than 14 days after we received your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refunds will be made via the same method as the one selected and used at the purchase stage by the buyer, unless otherwise mutually agreed. In either case, no charges will be applied to the buyer and the refund will be made at the kokolu expense.
We have the right to postpone the refunds until the goods are returned to us, or the proof of dispatch is being provided by you, depending on whichever happens sooner.
In case of withdrawing from the agreement, please return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from informing kokolu in writing about the withdrawing from the purchase. The returns should be made to Returns Department at the following address:
